Our management board

WE are delighted to be taking the next step in the further development of the Group with the introduction of a new Management Board at the start of 2025. In addition to Christina Holzinger, Benno Walter and Andreas Zelmer, Regina Schulz, Thomas Prenzel and Dr Michael Vothknecht will ensure a future-proof realignment. Thorsten Gerckens will join the Management Board on December 1, 2025, as another partner at BüchnerBarella. With his focus on sales, he will bring additional operational strength to an area that is central to the group.
